Welcome to the homepage for the Mechanisms of Interpersonal Communication Lab (MICLab)! This is a research lab at Pomona College where we use multimodal methods to study the psychological, neural, and behavioral mechanisms supporting interpersonal communication and coordination.
If you are an undergraduate student at the Claremont Colleges and are interested in joining the MICLab as a research assistant, please fill out this inquiry form.
We currently do not have any job postings for post-baccalaureate positions.
If you are ABD or a recent PhD and are interested in joining my lab for a postdoc, please send me an email at shannon.burns@pomona.edu.
